We are Tamara and Peter Donn,
EFT Master Trainers of The EFT Training Centre
Peter and Tamara Donn are EFT Master Trainers with extensive experience in emotional healing.
Peter, with over two decades in the field, is accredited by EFT International and the Guild of Energists, and co-authored the Clinical EFT Handbook. He incorporates various techniques like psycho-kinesiology and Root-Cause Healing Therapy.
Tamara, specializing in supporting women through motherhood, authored the award-winning "Frazzled to Fabulous in 5 Minutes a Day."
Together, they run EFT trainings, offer 1-2-1 sessions, retreats, and workshops, blending EFT with methodologies like Family Constellations and Matrix Reimprinting to provide a holistic healing approach.

Join the monthly group tapping sessions (each one lasts an hour) or watch the replay at a time to suit you.
Watch any of the replays any time to increate your benefits. I recommend watching one each week.
Watch your life change for good. Keep a journal to track your benefits.
What happens during the group tapping sessions?
No experience is necessary however we do recommend watching the short introductory videos before joining the first session. Each month there will be a theme such as physical pain, stress, sleep, energy, cravings, body image, finances, and relationships.
Even if you don't resonate with the current theme we recommend joining the session as you will be able to focus on your own personal challenge at the same time. Details on how this works will be explained within the programme.
You will not need to share any personal details in order to benefit although you will be, optionally, invited to share in the online chat some basic information to be incorporated into the session.
Session formats will vary:
- everyone (optionally) shares some details about the problem in the chat which gets incorporated into the tapping session
- the facilitator taps with one person while everyone else "borrows benefits." This means that even though you are tapping along with someone else's issue, your intention to resolve your own issue will still lead to experiencing relief for yourself.
- the facilitator taps with 3-5 people and everyone else borrows benefits
- a combination of the above
